API Access for Developers


Our public API gives developers secure, versioned access to core PantrySoft data. It supports both search/list operations and CRUD endpoints for key data objects.

For customers who prefer not to develop their own integrations, PantrySoft can refer experienced consultants who build standalone web services using a standardized stack. We can then host and maintain these services to ensure long-term reliability and seamless support, even if consultants change over time.

Zapier Integration


Separate from our API, PantrySoft offers a private Zapier Zap (available through annual license) for organizations that prefer a no-code approach.

Zapier connects over 8,000 apps, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Netsuite, and Mailchimp, allowing you to automate workflows without writing code. This is ideal for lightweight integrations or connecting PantrySoft to other platforms for notifications, synchronization, or reporting.

Native Integrations


PantrySoft also supports native integrations with selected third-party applications. These are tightly integrated with PantrySoft’s core features and serve the most commonly requested platforms.

Data Warehousing


For enterprise customers, PantrySoft offers data warehousing services that provide direct database access for business intelligence and advanced analytics.

We can provision standalone MySQL databases that contain a flattened five-table schema centered on all client data at the time of a visit. These databases can also be extended to include comprehensive inventory data, enabling deeper insights across your operations.
