Pantrysoft is an application designed for managing Food Pantries and Food Banks and other similar organizations. The software is provided by Cedar Mountain Software, Inc. (CMS)
Rules & Restrictions:
Pantrysoft users agree to use the software in a manner consistent with its purpose and design as specified in product descriptions and documentation.
Access to your account is contingent upon payment of any agreed upon fees.
Your use of the software implies your agreement with these terms.
CMS will maintain all reasonable industry standard security protocols for the application and your data.
You are responsible for your own log in credentials.
Logos, designs, methods and processes found within PantrySoft are the exclusive property of CMS.
All data entered or uploaded in your account is your exclusive property. CMS will never use or share this data without your explicit written permission.
Liability & Warranty:
This application is provided “As-Is.” Reasonable efforts have been made to assure the application is free of errors, but as is the case in all software products, errors or bugs may be present. When bugs are discovered, reasonable efforts will be made to correct them in a timely manner. Beyond the refund of any pro-rated unused recurring subscription fees, CMS accepts no liability for loss of use of the application, data corruption, or errors in the application. CMS also assumes no liability for data breach caused by factors reasonably outside of our control.
If you purchase the PantrySoft Cloud product, and choose to cancel, we will provide a refund for any unused portion of your subscription fee. For the desktop product, if cancellation is prior to installation, we will provide a full refund. If you have purchased any custom programming services, we will only provide a refund for services not yet performed.
