Cedar Mountain Software, Inc. will offer ongoing support for PantrySOFT™, our Food Pantry Intake application, under the terms of this agreement. Monthly charge will be $25, billed annually. This will include fixes related to bugs in the program and support regarding use of the program. Support will be limited to two (2) hours per month.
The price for changes or additions to the program after any initial customizations and data conversion will be negotiated at the time of the request or billed at our standard hourly rate (currently $100/hour). If the support agreement is discontinued, all requested work including bug fixes will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Cedar Mountain Software will obtain written approval prior to commencing any work that will incur additional billing.
The initial term of this Agreement is One (1) Year. This Agreement will automatically renew on an Annual basis at that time.
