On the Main Menu, first, choose a Client and then Click on Schedule Visit. This takes you to the Edit Schedule Screen. You can schedule one or more visits on this screen.
Examining the Left Side of the Screen, we see information regarding previous visits.
There is a filter to limit the date range to review as well as a radio button to choose all Clients, (perhaps you want to see how many Clients are scheduled for a particular day or when a Client is already scheduled). On the Right Side of the Screen is a count of the Number of Days Since the Last Visit (Visit History) as well as a listing of Previous Visits.
In the Center is where you create a New Visit (New Schedule Entry). Enter the Date in mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy form. Enter the Time in hh:mm am|pm format. You can add a comment if desired. Finally, click on Create New and you will immediately see the Visit Information in the Visit Listing. Also, notice that there is a checkbox for No Show so you can keep track of any No-Shows.
You can schedule additional visits. Note that if you schedule a visit with less than the minimum number of days required between visits set in Options, System Options, Visits, the system DOES NOT warn you.
Close the Form when you are finished scheduling for this Client.
