The Visit Screen
The visit screen is where you create a record for each time you provide service to a household. After searching for and selecting a client, simply click the “New Visit” button. This will create a new visit record with the current date and time.
On the visit record you can select a visit type, multiple visit categories, enter inventory items distributed, record custom field data, and capture a signature.
All of this data can then translate over to your aggregate reports so you can see counts of visits of a certain type, etc.
