When you run PantrySoft™, you will start at the Main Menu which is where you choose a Client. On the Left Side of the screen are buttons for all the major functions of the system. Each of these functions is described in this documentation.

In the Top Middle of the screen is the Select Client screen. You can choose a Client by a number of criteria:
- Name Search – This is the easiest way to find a Client if you know their name by simply starting to type and selecting the desired name from the resulting list
- Name – This dropdown lists Clients alphabetically
- Household Member
- Phone Number
- Birth Date
You can filter results by limiting selections to a particular Client Status, (for example, Active only). When you select a Client, you will see some Client information in the bottom section: Last Visit Date, Number of Household Members and the capability of reviewing a particular Visit.
To the Right of the Main Menu, you will see more information about the Client, (including a Client picture, if one exists).
